Thanks for taking the time to get to know a little about us. American HVAC LLC is a young heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor in northeast Ohio. Though we are a newer company, we have forty-five years of field experience. We believe that we are a step above other contractors due not only to the superior equipment we install but also to our friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and superb customer service.
We believe in keeping our overhead down to keep our prices lower. We can avoid dissatisfied customers by educating them and presenting options so they can intelligently decide what is right for the home / business. We avoid callbacks by providing skilled workmanship, proper design, and superior equipment. Persons with technical and/or job knowledge handle all communications. All jobs are to be estimated within 3 days after receiving a print or surveying a home or business. The customer, whether homeowner or contractor, is priority.
Having been in the HVAC trade for a combined forty five years, we have gotten plenty of feed back from customers. We have learned that customers do not insist on anything outrageous. All they expect is a good fair price with no hidden costs. Professional, competent, and honest service is also essential to customer relations. We strongly believe in adhering to appointments and schedules. We know by applying this knowledge we will satisfy every contractor, homeowner, and business we work with.
